Booking
To schedule an appointment or treatment, please contact our Spa Team on 01904 380 050, who will help you choose your perfect treatment. To ensure your preferred time and service is available, we recommend you book in advance.

Under 16 sessions are 9am – 11am and 3pm – 6pm.

Dress Code
To make the most of your visit we suggest you bring swimwear and rubber-soled flip-flops or slippers to enjoy our spa facilities. If you would like to make use of the gym facilities during your visit please bring appropriate fitness attire, including gym shoes. We request that residents change into robes in their room before arriving at the spa. Day guests will be provided with towels, robes, and slippers.

Arrival Times
Please arrive 25 minutes prior to your spa experience. This will allow you time to check-in, fill out the necessary paperwork, change into your spa wear and familiarise yourself with the facilities and your therapist. If you arrive less than 30 minutes late, your treatment may be reduced, but you will still be charged at the full price. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your treatment may not be honoured to ensure that other guests are not inconvenienced but will still be charged at the full price.

Pre and Post Treatment
We recommend that you consume plenty of water before, during and after your treatment and make use of the pool facilities to keep your body fully hydrated. A spa experience can take a lot out of you! Allow 12 hours after any heat treatment before waxing and 72 hours after any cosmetic surgery procedures including botox or light peeling treatments.

To continue your spa experience, your therapist will give you any specific advice following your treatment to allow you to carry on the good work back at home. Most products used in our treatments are available at the Spa reception.
